6. Assay procedure summary

 1. 모든 시약, 샘플 및 표준을 준비합니다;
2. 각 웰에 100µL 표준 또는 시료를 추가합니다. 37°C에서 1시간 배양합니다;
3. 준비된 검출 시약 A 100µL를 흡인하여 추가하고 37°C에서 1시간 배양합니다;
4. 흡인하고 3번 세척합니다;
5. 준비된 검출 시약 B를 100µL 추가하고 37°C에서 30분간 배양합니다;
6. 흡인하고 5회 세척합니다;
7. 90µL 기질 용액을 추가합니다. 37°C에서 10~20분 배양합니다;
8. 50µL Stop 용액을 추가합니다. 즉시 450nm에서 판독합니다.
